• Services: Luxury serviced apartments in Ho Chi Minh City
• Customer: An individual or organization using our services
• Booking: The process of renting an apartment through the Luva Travel system

3. Booking Conditions

3.1. Booking Requirements

• Customers must be 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate and complete personal information
• Hold valid identification documents
• Pay a deposit to confirm the booking

3.2. Payment Methods

• Bank transfer
• Credit/debit card
• Cash (at our office)
• E-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay, etc.)

4. Apartment Usage Rules

4.1. General Rules

• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00
• No smoking inside the apartment
• No pets (unless special permission is granted)
• Respect shared property and amenities

4.2. Customer Responsibilities

• Keep the apartment clean and tidy
• Report any incidents or damage immediately
• Pay in full for all services used
• Comply with security and safety regulations

5. Cancellation Policy

6. Information Privacy

Your personal information is protected as set out on the Privacy Policy page.

7. Legal Liability

7.1. Luva Travel’s Responsibilities

• Provide services exactly as committed
• Ensure the security and safety of our customers
• Provide 24/7 customer support
• Resolve any issues that arise promptly

7.2. Limitation of Liability

• Not liable for indirect losses
• Not liable for force majeure events
• Liability is limited in accordance with the laws of Vietnam

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that arise will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent authority for settlement in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

9. Changes to These Terms

Luva Travel reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Changes will be announced on the website at least 30 days in advance.
